Shipping and returns
Returns:
Please be sure you really love what you are purchasing, because all sales are final and there are no returns. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to process returns due to unwanted merchandise. We take great care in how we package our products for you so that they will arrive safely.
However, if for some reason, you do receive a damaged product, please let me know by emailing sales@bricktactical.com
Processing & Shipping:
You can expect 2-3 days for packaging/processing.
All packages within the USA will ship via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 business days)
International Customers: packages will ship International USPS First Class Mail. (10-30 business days) Once it leaves the states BrickTactical is no longer responsible for the package and can not guarantee shipping. If you would like to insure your package or send it via a registered package please contact us before your purchase to arrange this cost.
NOTE: International orders may encounter a VAT fee upon entry to your country. Please be aware of this fee before placing an order.
