Refund policy

All Sales are Final - Please be sure you really love what you are purchasing, because all sales are final and there are no returns. 

Cancelling an order - If for some reason you need to cancel your order prior to it shipping, we are happy to do that for you, however, you will be charged a 5% processing/restock fee as we are charged credit card processing fees when you place that order that we can not recover when the order is cancelled.

Damaged Product or Missing item -At BrickTactical we strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and arrive in excellent condition. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or find that an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us via email at bricktacticalhelp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

 We’ll be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue. After this 7-day window, we regret that we are unable to offer support for damaged or missing items.
