About our products
What is a custom LEGO minifigure?
We take genuine LEGO parts and custom print them in house with UV and PAD printing, turning them into our own custom minifigures.
What is a custom LEGO gun?
Our weapons and gear are our own designs, injection molded in house in the USA from ABS plastic, the same type of plastic most LEGO bricks are made of. They are made to fit LEGO compatible minifigures.
Are BrickTactical products official LEGO products?
No. BrickTactical is an independent company and is not sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Our printed minifigures and parts are printed by us on genuine LEGO parts, and our molded weapons and accessories are our own ABS designs.
How many products do you carry?
Thousands of custom accessories, minifigures and printed parts, from World War 1 and World War 2 to modern military, law enforcement, sci fi, zombie and pop culture themes. We have hundreds of custom guns and hundreds of custom minifigures, most of them military themed.
Do you have a store I can visit or pick up from?
No. BrickTactical is online only, and we do not offer local pickup. All orders are placed on bricktactical.com and shipped.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
- Free shipping on US orders over $125.
- US orders under $125: shipping for a 4 oz package is $5.95.
- International orders: shipping for a 4 oz package starts at $14.00. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Processing: 2 to 5 business days to pack your order and get it to the post office. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- US shipping: 3 to 7 business days via USPS.
- International shipping: 10 to 45 days.
Shipping times can be slower around holidays and busy times of year. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, email us your order number and we will check on it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via USPS international mail. Once a package leaves the United States we are no longer responsible for it and cannot guarantee delivery. To insure your package or send it registered, contact us before you order to arrange the cost. International orders may be charged a VAT or import fee by your country.
Orders, returns and support
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns for unwanted items. Please be sure you love what you are buying. We pack every order carefully so it arrives safely.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will help you get a replacement. Email bricktacticalhelp@gmail.com with your order number and which item arrived damaged, and we will reply to sort out your replacement.
How do I contact you about an order?
Email bricktacticalhelp@gmail.com and include your order number. Check your spam or junk folder for our replies.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders over $1,500 qualify for bulk pricing. Email sales@bricktactical.com with what you need before you order.
A product is out of stock. Will it come back?
We try to keep popular products in stock. Depending on the product, a restock can take days, weeks or months, and some sold out products are discontinued.
When do you release new products?
We usually restock and release new products monthly. Follow us on YouTube and Instagram for release dates, photos and videos.
Custom printing for businesses
Can you print my logo or design on minifigures and bricks?
Yes. We UV print custom designs on minifigures, tiles and bricks for businesses and events. Custom printing orders have a $1,000 minimum, and we do not print single figures.
How long does a custom printing order take?
Custom printing orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks. Start a custom printing request.
