Shipping Policy -
You can expect 5-7 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, then it will ship. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days in the US.
However, during the Holidays, November 23rd through Jan 1 and after a release of new products our processing times can be 7-10 business days.
All packages within the USA will ship via USPS First Class Mail (5-10 business days for shipping time with USPS, this depends on your location)
Once packages are shipped BrickTactical is no longer responsible for them, if they get delivered to the wrong address or stolen off your porch, BrickTactical will not be responsible for that. You will have to take that up with your local postal office.
For our International customers: packages will ship International DHL ecommerce via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Packages are insured with USPS for $100, if your order exceeds this and you would like to add more insurance, please reach out prior to placing your order.
10-17 business days, during the Holiday seasons this time will be longer.
Once it leaves the states BrickTactical is no longer responsible for the package and can not guarantee shipping and tracking availability. If you would like to insure your package or send it via a registered package with UPS or DHL please contact BrickTactical before your purchase to arrange this cost.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO US: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete/not deliverable address, we can resend the package back out to but you will have to purchase postage through us again to do this.
NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -may encounter a VAT fee or a Clearance Custom Fee or Duty Charges upon entry to your country. Please be aware of this fee before placing an order, as you will be responsible for this fee. We have no control on these fees and they are the responsibility of the customer based on your country. If you have not received your package within 30 days, please reach out as the window to file a claim is 60 days after it has shipped.
If for some reason your package is returned to BrickTactical, we will be happy to refund you for the items you purchased, shipping however is not refunded and there is a 5% restocking fee that will be charged as well.
Cancelling an order - If for some reason you need to cancel your order prior to it shipping, we are happy to do that for you, however, you will be charged a 5% processing fee as this is fee we are not able to recover when you cancel the order.
We do our best to get the orders out asap, because we know how exciting it is to get a package. If for some reason it seems to be taking awhile to get your package, please let us know and we will gladly check on it for you.
